Contract
for Space
By submitting an application for exhibit space, the applicant
releases ISET/SIR, the Fontainebleau Hilton Resort, and
the official show contractors from any and all liabilities
to applicant, its agents, licensees, or employees that may
arise or be asserted as a result of submission of an application
or of participation in this exhibit.
Acceptance of an application does not imply endorsement by
ISET/SIR of the applicantís products, nor does rejection
imply lack of merit of product or manufacturer. ISET/SIR
has sole right to determine eligibility of any company or
product for inclusion in the trade show and retains the right
to rescind the contract within 30 days if the exhibit is deemed
to be contrary to the best interests of the show. ISET/SIR
has the right to move any exhibitorís location in the
Exhibit Hall for any reason. This application for space (when
endorsed by ISET/SIR with notice of space assignment) constitutes
a contract for the right to use the space.
Conduct of Exhibits
Booth Representatives
Exhibitor booth representatives shall be restricted to employees
of the exhibiting company who are actually working in the
exhibitor's booth. All booth representatives must be wearing
an official ISET Exhibitor name badge during all exhibit hours.
Security
ISET will provide 24-hour security in and around the exhibit
area and will also take reasonable precaution to protect exhibitor
property. The provision of this service, however, shall not
be construed as an assumption of obligation or duty with respect
to the protection of the exhibitor's property. In addition,
all exhibiting company representatives should take reasonable
precaution to protect personal items of value or the property
of the company.
Conflicting Meetings and Social Activities
The exhibitors must agree not to extend invitations, call
meetings or otherwise encourage the absence of attendees or
exhibitors from the meeting or the Exhibit Hall during official
meeting or exhibit hall hours.
Insurance and Liability
Americans with Disabilities Act
Exhibitors must acknowledge their responsibilities under
the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to make their booths
accessible to people with disabilities.
Restrictions
ISET/SIR reserves the right to restrict exhibits that,
because of noise, method of operation, or any other reason,
become objectionable or otherwise detract from, or are out
of keeping with, the character of the convention as a whole.
ISET/SIR may forbid installation or request removal or discontinuation
of any exhibit or promotion that, if continued, departs substantially
from the description given advance approval.
Interpretation and Enforcement
These regulations become a part of the contract between the
exhibitor and ISET/SIR. All matters in question not covered
by these regulations are subject to the decision of ISET/SIR
and all decisions made shall be binding on all parties affected
by them as by the original regulations.
