Investigator Meetings

We encourage industry to take advantage of this gathering of experts by holding an investigator meeting in association with ISET. If pre-arranged, physicians attending ISET prior to or following an investigator meeting will be offered a discounted ISET registration fee. Please contact Richard Runge for details.

ISET has blocked meeting rooms specifically for the use of industry holding investigator meetings in association with ISET. To reserve meeting rooms, please complete and return the enclosed Ancillary Meeting Room Request Form.

To reserve a meeting room during ISET please complete the Ancillary Meeting Room Request Form. Meeting rooms will only be assigned to companies participating in ISET.

Live Feed to Booths

ISET is pleased to offer exhibitors the opportunity to broadcast the meeting directly into exhibit booths. This allows your representatives and attendees the chance to witness every moment of the lectures and live cases. To order live video feed to your booth, indicate your preference on the Exhibit Application/Contract.

Dining in Booths

All meals and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibit hall and are served for the enjoyment of attendees and industry representatives alike. As seating is limited, we encourage you to offer comfortable seating in your booth so that attendees may enjoy refreshments while meeting with your representatives. Please consider this option when making your plans.
