Onsite Registration

Attendees will be able to register onsite based on availability. An administrative fee will apply.

Current Fellows/Residents

In order to qualify for the reduced fellow's tution, a letter of fellowship status must be provided by your fellowship program director.

Military Physicians

In order to qualify for the reduced military physician's tution, a letter of service status status must be provided.

Spouse

CIO attendees are welcome to bring their spouse to the meeting. A spouse registration will need to accompany a standard attendee registration. The fee is $100 for the duration of the meeting(s). This includes access to all educational sessions, opening reception, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Please note that the fee does not include meeting materials or a certificate of attendance.
