Spouse Registration: Spouse registration, accompanied by a registered attendee, is $100 for the duration of the event. This includes access to all educational sessions, opening reception, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Please note that the fee does not include meeting materials or certificate of attendance.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing on or before December 27, 2011, will be refunded less $190 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made after December 27, 2011.
