*Individuals planning to register as a Fellow/Resident/Student must submit written confirmation on their learning institution's letterhead from a faculty mentor that s/he is a current fellow/resident/student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded on the demographics page during registration.

Registration Package Descriptions
The Maximum Value Package includes full access to the entire program live, Monday-Thursday, plus recordings of all sessions accessible for 3 months post-meeting, giving you the chance to earn 40+ credits.
The ISET Main Program Only includes full access to main programming, Tuesday-Thursday, giving you the chance to earn 20+ credits. This package excludes the Pre-Symposium Day and any/all events taking place on Monday.
The ISET Pre-Symposium Day: Monday Only includes full access to the ISET Focused Symposia and any/all events on Monday only.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for ISET 2023 must be received in writing by emailing registration@hmpglobal.com or postmarked by December 17, 2022. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by January 15, 2023.
Cancellations received after January 16, 2023 will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 epidemic.
