ISET welcomes fellows in training and residents for the unique opportunity to participate in the Residents & Fellows Activity Scholarship, which includes dedicated programming during the ISET meeting.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Applications will continue to be accepted until all spots are filled. A wait list will also be started. Please see below for approximate notification timelines.
July 21: Application Portal is Closed
Sept. 1 - Dec. 16: Applicants notified of acceptance on a rolling basis. Waitlisted applicants will be notified as well.
November 28: Cancellation requests must be received by November 28, 2022. Please email your cancellation request to Elizabeth Ketter at eketter@hmpglobal.com.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDEES WILL RECEIVE:
Complimentary tuition for all days of the ISET 2023 program taking place Monday through Thursday*
Travel stipend of $800 to be used toward travel expenses incurred to attend ISET. This stipend will be distributed as a check at the meeting as long as all relevant information has been received by deadlines.
*Valid on new registrations only.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited vascular surgery, cardiology/interventional cardiology, or interventional radiology residency or fellowship program at the time of the meeting (January 2023).
All applicants will be required to submit a signed letter (on letterhead) from your program director confirming your status as a current resident or fellow in January 2023.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
Provide a completed W9 form
Attend the full conference including all mandatory scholarship related sessions/events as posted above and designated throughout the agenda
Complete a brief post-activity survey
SUPPORT
The activity honorarium for residents and fellows is supported by educational grants from various companies to be announced at a later date.
